Q: What if I don't have a paypal account?
A:  No paypal account is required to purchase.  Paypal acts as the "processor" so you can check out with any debit or credit card you like.  Its safe, fast and you can get your treasures quicker.
 
Q: What if the ring doesn't fit?

Q: Do you accept returns on One of a Kind (OOAK) pieces?
A:  All sales are final on One of a kind pieces.

Q:  What if I want a refund?
A:  Please contact me.  Custom ring orders are made to your size and specifications at time of order and are usually not refundable.   Buyer will be responsible for return postage via USPS first class with delivery confirmation.  Item (s) must be undamaged and unworn and returned within 7 days (US) or 14 days (International) of receipt with gift box.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size. 
A:  Use this listing for  resizing, remaking jewelry.  https://www.twilighteyesstudio.com/product-page/ring-resize-remake.  Wrap it back up nice and secure in its gift box and bubble mailer.  Return the exchange to me via USPS first class with delivery confirmation.  Include a self addressed postage paid bubble mailer for me to return your new ring to you in.
Q: When do I know if it has shipped.
A:  When your purchase has been made and packaged, the shipping label will be printed and you will receive an email with package information/and tracking.
Exchanges and Resizing - ​Items must be returned in a padded mailer via USPS first class with delivery confirmation. Item (s) must be undamaged and unworn and returned within 7 days (US) 14 days (International) of receipt. All exchanges, remaking and resizing can be addressed here. (normally $25.00).  We are happy to exchange or reimburse you, however all taxes, duty and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your mail is delayed, or listed as delivered but did not arrive; visit USPS.com to see the updated information.  If the package is returned to me as un-deliverable, or addressed incorrectly then I will contact you to make arrangements for return shipping.
Custom engraved orders are NOT refundable.
